Do you have any stores?

No. We are solely an online retail store. But hopefully in the future we will expand to a retail location so you can vibe with us.

What do you charge for shipping an order?

For items coming from our own warehouse, our shipping charge or service may vary depending on the weight of your package. The shipping cost will be calculated before you complete your order.

What shipping carrier do you use?

To pass on the shipping cost savings, we have partnered with USPS for all shipments bound for a US destination. USPS, providing the pick-up, processing, and interim transportation of mail, with final delivery being made by domestic and international postal services.

Shipments to PO boxes or military addresses are shipped via USPS only.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been shipped and obtains a tracking number.If you do not wish to keep this package you may refuse it upon delivery to be returned to our company for a full refund.

RETURNS POLICY

1. Items must be returned within 15 days.

2. Return merchandise must be unworn and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

3. Intimates may not be returned.

4. Shoe boxes may not be used as the shipping box.

5. Sale or Bargain Items cannot be returned for refund. You may return for store credit or exchange.

All shipping charges including regular shipping and Expedited shipping costs are nonrefundable. Your original shipping cost will not be reimbursed unless the item was delivered defective, damaged, etc.

Do I have to pay shipping for my return items?

Yes, you are responsible for getting your return item(s) back to the appropriate warehouse.
We recommend that you obtain a tracking number when returning your package. If packages are not checked in at the warehouse and you do not have tracking the return may not be processed.
